I’m definitely trying the magnesium chews tbh, I find it so difficult to sleep when I travel too

never been able to sleep on a flight and they KO’d me good, highly recommend even though they’re pricey. i got sticker shock when the cashier rung them up hahaha

Glad I found this before my next flight tbh, traveling to Greece end of the month 
Definitely using it cause I can’t stand being awake on trips anymore
