always said that tiktok is the greatest social economy* built within a walled garden, building it on crypto rails is a no brainer imo

better, faster payments between brands, users, and all creators — video, effects, music, sound, content remixers, repliers, etc.

what does he mean "frequency will empower these principles to become reality"?

I took it as:

more apps & digital experiences that promote these principles will be needed (frequently) in order to flip the expectations of users on the internet. 

Digital ownership is still such a foreign concept to most. The norm wont change unless users demand this as table stakes
