a big foodie i was with last night vehemently claimed ghisallo's is the best, but i haven't tried it yet. milo & olive is a classic. i like gjelina's squash blossom pizza and great white's diavola pizza.

IMO the best (west side at least) is Pizzana. We used to live pretty close to it, now it's a bit of a drive. Petramale is real good. Little Dynamite is also bomb (different kind).
