i commit to trying out the erg / rowing machine and going for a surf (or swim if no waves) later

i really don’t want to but i will do it !!!

ughhhhh 1:46 500m first try and a dip in the ocean

ended up rowing for 20 min after i think my legs gonna be tired

second try still 1:46 at 500m but idk how to capture it on the erg huh
