pretty cool that the election has spurred my /all-in groupchat to talk more about blockchain — first w/ @polymarket and now w/ voting: "can someone steelman why voting should not be done via blockchain?" the answers are switching costs, implementation, security, etc. someone said privacy to which zk was the reply.

We’ll likely get there eventually but the law is very slow —especially in comparison to tech.

yes agree but very motivating and encouraging to see non-crypto people seriously consider our technology instead of calling it a scam (!!)

Some areas it just makes sense. This is one for sure. As an outsider as recently as ‘21 crypto does the worst job of pointing out these good uses though. Ticket stubs is another. They already went digital. Now go blockchain. What are the other obvious ? Court documents. Deeds. Diplomas. Easily verifiable register.
