gmgm I'm just starting to take my health a bit more seriously this year. I was wondering if investing in either an Apple Watch or an Ultrahuman Ring is worth the investment. If so, which one do you guys prefer?

what part of your health do you care most about? i love Apple Watch for fitness, but not great for sleep tracking

I'm trying to gather data on my activity levels, step count and calories burnt (so that I can maintain a deficit for a while). For some context, I'd been completely sedentary up until two months ago. So making better choices in the kitchen and added some strength training at home. Looking for any kind of data that'll help me understand if what I'm doing at home is headed in the right direction. Ultimate goal to be a bit leaner and put on some muscle + get stronger. Tracking sleep would be a bonus for sure because I don't sleep well consistently and I understand sleep can also contribute to your progress.
