easy to get stuck in this bubble, but humbling and motivating to spend two days onboarding 200+ new users and talking to 600+ existing users directly

Thanks a lot for the synthesis !
It is pretty similar to the feedback I got during my only in-person onboarding with @shlind .
I think one of the issue lies in the fact that Warpcast main feed is made from the people you follow, but a lot of new comers would rather follow channels (topics) than people they don't really know.
She was offered first to follow people I follow (because I invited her), but we have totally different interests.
I think she is still unhappy with her feed atm, because of that.

exactly, they want to find people casting about certain topics to follow esp because so many people on here are relatively unknown outside of it (myself included)
