I’ve been digging it. Spent about a month or two with it being my go-to. It’s been super easy and consistent. My only knock is that it’s kinda hard to really manipulate the extraction toward certain flavors.

I dig it a lot. It pretty much became my go-to for several weeks. It’s so easy and consistent. Have stuck with standard AP filters and it’s been great.

There are not enough "main street" builders in crypto. Shopify, Square, Intuit, etc. have been hugely successful by creating easy to use fintech solutions for SMBs. There are onchain solutions that can serve SMBs 10x better, but the space just doesn't seem to have a place for brick & mortar SMB founders. Why?

Chopstick is the alpha for the Caedo Hoop (aka dogbowl). 20g Drip grind. 40g bloom poured in outer ring. Agitate w/ chopstick. Rest 40 sec. Pour to 315g in outer ring. At the 2min mark, break crust and stir slurry. Be patient. This thing takes forever to drip thru, but it doesn’t overextract. Enjoy

tbh, I really just appreciate that it is a new & innovative design. I feel like there are 100 different conical pourover drippers & 100 more different flat bottom drippers. It’s just cool to see something new. So far I’m really enjoying the flow restriction & even water distribution thru the grind bed
