Users without the power badge, don’t like priority mode and want more visibility to users with priority mode turned on.

Making power badge more permissive, increases spam. Makes everyone unhappy (except the spammers)

Even non-badge holders use prio tho like me,
Just think by default it should for new users be on everyone and then go to prio mode but idk not my client 🤷‍♂️
