What most people trying to heal from gut problems or other chronic health issues miss is that they don't need more information, or more supplements. They need to restablish rhythm.

💯 absolutely. We're part of the dance of creation, even if much of that dance is happening below our conscious awareness

Yes! And it anticipates and extends the idea of distributed cognition and ecopsychology - while also resonating with pre modern and non-Western models like Hermeticism, Daoism, Zen Buddhism, indigenous animisms, that both see consciousness as a fundamental feature of reality and are rooted in a deeply embodied ecological frame

"Fk up then recorrect" is a good principle but I think the almanac is spot on - like, I do need to avoid impulsive reactions and forcing timelines and need to take more time to recalibrate in general, but today that was *especially* on point for me - more than usual

Coming Soon: A New Way to Understand Your Body Through Chinese Medicine We’ve been quietly working on something big, something that could transform how people experience Traditional Chinese Medicine. It’s called Klaros. Klaros is a free, AI-powered tongue reading platform designed with leading Chinese medicine experts. Simply take a photo of your tongue, and Klaros can help identify what’s going on in your body, sometimes even better than the human eye. It can even estimate your tongue’s microbiome and explain what that means for your health. What makes Klaros special? • It’s built to think like a seasoned herbalist, but with science-backed insight. • It checks for any interactions between your herbs and medications. • It explains your results in easy-to-understand, science-friendly language. Klaros doesn’t replace your practitioner, it helps them see more clearly, work more effectively, and spend more time focused on you. It’s about deepening the healing connection so we all win.

Yes good call! Peony root works beautifully for both of those conditions. It relaxes muscles including intestinal smooth muscles.

More than just a pretty face: peonies are not only beautiful and associated with honor, love, and prosperity in East Asia - the roots are medicinal. Peony root is anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory, and is used in the treatment of many diseases: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC3108611/

An ever timely warning from Zhuangzi on how the very security measures centralized systems create inevitably end up being used against them by bad actors. Fortunately, centralized systems are not our only options:

That definitely sounds like something very ancient speaking through you! It starts off very gnostic and ends very similar to the Laozi.
