If rumors are true then interest rate cuts are in the near horizon, and inflation could go up again 1-2 years after.

Yeah. But for me, inflation and uncertainty should at least reduce some of the appetite/demand to be in inflation prone countries, as there are plenty of lower inflation countries that managed better.
