Rarely tbh...I think it's a cultural thing...not very common in India 

And personally I only like to tip when I feel I've received some extraordinary service... customary tips don't make sense to me

So no tipping in India? How about haggling in markets?

We do tip...but not exorbitant amounts like 10-20% of the bill

Haggling is definitely required...and shopkeepers are already prepared for it when they quote 3 times the price they are ready to sell at🤣

Especially for foreigners

Only 3x to the “real price”. In Indonesia 5-10x could be quite common…

To be honest...I rarely shop offline so I'm quite out of touch...it could easily be higher
