He's great, though he may also be the one holding the side back from the top tier. Created the unnecessary goalkeeper controversy, hasn't figured out how to maximize Trossard (that man needs to start every match), and even with the recent form, the Kai move is still a miss. Great manager, but he's no Klopp :)
