If you notice any physical effects decrease the dose. Take it in the morning so you forget about it and just do your normal day. I've found it very helpful for my mind. It's very easy to forget to do it again, unlike eating potato chips or smoking weed. Read "How To Change Your Mind". That's all my tips.
