Please no L3s until we’ve figured out how to abstract away the L2/L3 network. I use several L2s every day, but I don’t enjoy switching and bridging all the time

I totally agree finding the best UX practices here are going to be extremely important.

If we need to go from mainnet > L2 > L3 it's not gonna end well.

I almost see L3 as the source of microtransactions that rollup into Base.

I.e. your tips are issued on L3 but redeemed on L2.
