There's lessons already learned from 2017 ICO launches and even 2021 NFT mints that should be applied to memecoin launchpad platforms. Without the ability to customize / configure airdrops, whitelists/blacklists, allocations, auction format, etc. - Bots, specifically snipers will always ruin the tokenomics, making it unviable, even for memecoins seeking longevity.

Not calling out a single platform btw. A bonding curve doesn't prevent this.

The 20 year olds building the platforms today were 13 during the ICO boom

I think crypto folks know about this lesson but still ignore it. Volume and liquidity likes to flow in markets/platforms that can be easily manipulated. The founders of these platforms allow it to happen because they are happy to push the narrative of hyper growth.

Don’t have any airdrops. Sell the coin and burn leftovers from ico. The lp should be under contract like burnedfi to automatically sell liquidity and either invest the eth portion like with funicular with the driver, or buy the token and burn it. Burned liquidity sucks like pig token where $8 million is locked forever in burned liquidity.

Yes agree. Otherwise best counter seems to 'self snipe' and then burn. I.e. bot/snipe best - but that is not the idea of a fair launch. For NFT's, wonder why nobody else ever forked Fragostis unique Mint mechanism of @cryptocorgis from 2021, preventing fast FOMO sellouts& sniping? Corgi DAO tried to now: https://www.corgionbase.com/borgi
