Married 15 years. Children are 9 and 12 years old. Husband's filing for divorce. Wants to split everything in half. I mean, literally. Right down to wedding gifts and investments in repairs, selling furniture and splitting the money for it. He made an inventory of everything and wants me to give him half the value of it. On my objections, he says that I would not say anything like I spent 6 years in maternity leave, he supported the whole family, he wants everything in half and thinks that in a good way he should have a big part of it, because he earned it!
