Green Day re-releases 'Dookie' album on incompatible devices like doorbells & Nintendo Game Boys!

The punk rock trio has partnered with LA art studio Brain to release Dookie Demastered, transforming the album’s 15 tracks into lo-fi formats in a self-deprecating tribute.

Fans can enter draws for a chance to own limited-edition items that play Green Day’s hits in the most unexpected ways, such as Basket Case, as crooned by a Big Mouth Billy Bass, and Chump, as warbled through a Teddy Ruxpin doll.

This is a truly wild way to celebrate an anniversary but something that is fresh and unlike anything that has been crafted before.

I remember I had the Insomniac album back in the day, it was dope. 
Had Brain Stew/Jaded which were prob my favorite GD songs 😅

I was rather cold towards them, knowing only a couple of title tracks, which just complete the playlists. But with the saviors album, something changed and they surprise me, and it's a pleasant surprise 💚🧡💚
