How often are you physically exfoliating vs chemically exfoliating vs just cleansing your face? Wondering if I need to switch things up

physical exfoliant 1 x per week (but I can go months skipping this tbh) and chemical exfoliant 2-3x per week (swapping between AHA and BHA). Double cleanse daily!

I don’t physically exfoliate right now and I’m wondering if it might help to do on occasion. What do you use for that?
