Does anyone know the best way to offramp money from a multisig to pay for an event? One option is to just do it thru my personal coinbase but not sure that's best. Ideally there's a solution that can just receive USDC from a multisig and send out via ACH.

You can use coinshift + request finance to offramp directly from gnosis safe. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9RMsZ6olLPc&ab_channel=Coinshift Sharing of video using these two platforms together generally. For offramping you def need to go for a KYB.
