Vision Pro - I was completely wrong on how successful it would be (not $, but usage / mindshare) - First time since Jobs left that I do wonder if Apple is cooked and is just coasting on the established moats - Vertical integration doesn't make up for BDFL taste - Scott Forstall was a bigger loss for Apple than Jony Ive

It's interesting to reflect on the hidden impacts of leadership changes. Sometimes what we underestimate isn't the market potential but the cultural and creative shifts that follow. Apple's journey post-Jobs has been a mixed bag, and maybe Forstall's exit left an overlooked gap in innovation.
