Now, where am I going with this?
With
zksync
, it will be exactly the same story, just like in my example or with crypto: SUI (a recent bright example), SOL, ETH, BTC.
Over time, people will realize : the team behind it, the problems their technology solves, and the value of the product. I know it’s hard to believe in something for a long time when there’s no instant growth or hype, but unfortunately, that’s the way the game works. Let’s not make the same mistakes as most others, and start accumulating zk now—for free.
ZKsyncIgnite
is offering us a unique opportunity.
What am I personally doing?
I’m using a combination of time-tested protocols = Aave + Venus.
Strategy:
aave
Deposit wstETH = get about 3% profit on ETH + 1.13% in zk
Borrow ZK = -1.10% for the loan, I try to maintain an HF ratio around 2.2–2.5
VenusProtocol
Deposit ZK = 9.9% in ZK
Total = +3% in ETH +9.93% in ZK
If you are afraid of risks, you can make a deposit in USDC (and earn both interest on stables and ZK tokens). 0 reply

Undervaluation
I don’t remember exactly, but I read about an interesting experiment in some book. There was a shop on the shores of the azure sea selling specific turquoise-colored jewelry. The price was quite low for the people visiting the area. For a month, there were very few sales, and they couldn’t figure out the problem. Was it the specific color? They were even considering closing the store. Then, someone (let's call him "X") suggested raising the prices by 10 times. Everyone thought he was crazy. But to their surprise, by the end of the month, sales had increased by 30 times, if not more (I read this a long time ago, so I don’t remember the exact figures). All the buyers were proudly talking about how they had bought such unique jewelry. Psychologists later analyzed this and concluded that expensive = high quality , cheap = poor/low quality/uninteresting.
But as we can see, this is just judging by the wrapping... 1 reply
