An interesting thing I am noticing about myself:

I am finding it increasingly difficult to use phone as a form factor these days

But spending hours on a laptop is no problem

Not sure if it is the age or the LLM-induced laziness, but the act using a phone repels me

Good side-effects: 
No insta screen time and no insta doom scrolling
Twitter mild strolling (not as much)

Some really bad side effects though: Distance communication has taken a huge toll

I reply back after 3-4 days, sometimes I don’t reply back weeks, again this is non-intending but natural

also totally random, but it could also happen because I haven’t really cleaned (deleted apps, arranged folders, etc) my phone since a long time now

yeah I mean I don’t use much of my phone in off hours either

Don’t worry, you use your pc more based on quite some good things like good power supply, work from home?, a work space so you’re bound to sitting and PCs are preferably used while sitting

Yeah value wise laptop gives more with the same amount of time spent

I use my phone now mostly to reply / message and see notifs lol
