grow up and realize how hard it is to birth ‘anything’ to this world, and keep the shoot-down private while providing constructive feedback

Very true! There is a sense of “Why not me” that gets projected outside.

For the people who does appear that way, the only way to come out is to realize “does the bitterness help me in anyway?”
