How do you incentivize Apps and LPs to migrate liquidity?

The L2 wars will be won by the chain that creates maximum experiences on top of itself

It’s the fittest of the loudest 

The order in which I’m hearing the top 3 chains right now:

1. Base (h/t @jessepollak and the team)
2. Blast - Incentives are strong pullers
3. Polygon (Thanks to Polymarket)
4. Mantle/Optimism
