I've been exploring Warpcast a lot more recently. Or do we call it Farcaster? Still confused about that tbh. Another thing I would love clarity on is the difference between 'following' a channel and 'joining' a channel through @openrank and @cura. This place intrigues me, but it's confusing as hell sometimes.

The initial problem is worth solving, though. What if casters can decide if the cast is important enough to notify followers about, and engagement data can show if the caster can accurately judge follower preferences. This can then lead to algorithmic weighting of how serious to take casters view of importance.
