The Altcoin Season Index measures the performance of TOP100 Altcoins against Bitcoin over 90 days – just slightly up from 14 to 18 points after Mr. Trump announced the tax deferral. Compared to the peak of 87 points on December 4 last year, this index shows that the altcoins have had a very weak period compared to BTC. In the past 90 days, only 10 altcoins in the top 100 have outperformed Bitcoin such as FORM, AB, XCN, IP and MKR. It's also an altcoin season but it's... dump season 🥹

Ethereum DEXs Lose Steam, Users Migrate to Base and Solana Following the market cooling trend, the number of trading wallets on Ethereum DEXs has dropped sharply to about 40,000 wallets/day, the lowest level in 12 months. Total volume in March also plummeted to $57 billion, down by half from the peak in December 2024. However, the ratio of DEX trading volume compared to CEX exchanges has not fluctuated too much, showing that users are not leaving DeFi, but are looking for more cost-effective options such as Base and Solana.
