Egal ob wir verabscheuen, daß sie Diktatoren sind, andere Länder überfallen oder ihre eigene Bevölkerung unterdrücken. Es sind die Personen, mit denen man im Gespräch bleiben muß, weil sie die Geschicke ihres Landes verantworten. Deshalb sind solche Aktionen kontraproduktiv.
