Music NFTs didn't make sense to y'all because a regular person doesn't consider music art while the people who make music do. Musicians treated their work like art and the consumers treated it otherwise.

I’ve literally met a person in my life who doesn’t consider music to be art? It’s not the listeners fault. Music nfts haven’t been done well yet

Agreed…to a degree! People focus on the product version of music, not on the art version of it. I don’t believe it’s a consumption issue either because people don’t open their wallets every day to look at their artworks, so why treat a song like you need to be able to play it every day every way?

I see where you’re coming from but I think even the tiniest bit of blame towards consumers is the wrong way to think about any market. It’s all on us to give them something worth paying for

I don’t think I’m blaming them as much as I’m saying there’s a misalignment. I ran out of characters but I was gonna say I don’t know who’s right or wrong but it is what it is. I know what I want and I wanna continue to try to deliver that as I think it’s valuable so I think it’s on me personally
