Advertising on Lens?

Some may say the revenue source for Lens video applications like Lenstube is a similar model to Youtube where advertisers pay for the eye balls the creators gather there. However, if it plays out this way, the business model is much more predatory towards creators than Youtube itself. If the data is posted on Lens, any application can grab it and present it to produce a viable revenue stream without any say from the creator.

Thats why I see it going a different direction, where the advertisements are tied more closely to the creator and the underlying posts themselves. Thus, if these sites want to advertise over them to capture their own revenue, they'll have to operate at a competitive loss compared to other sites that may not force such things on the end user.

If anyone's working on connecting Lens users with willing advertisers in a decentralized, trustless manner I'd be very interested in hearing the plans
