Yes, it was an exuberant peak, but the question is whether or not we're about to enter a brutal multi-year bear, with years before we see 110k btc, or if we'll soon return to new or similar highs - this year. I'm strongly in the latter camp, unless there's a large macro crash.

I don't get this vibe lately. EthGlobal organizes hackathons with thousands of participants worldwide every year, and there’s also a protocol fellowship program for aspiring core developers It's incredible that people on this app are generally unable to see through the smokescreen of an Ethereum concern troll. Next time a person expresses their "concern" around Ethereum to you, ask them to also express their portfolio. Less simping, more thinking.

$ETH spot ETFs just brought in ~$1B in the past 7 days. But tradfi is still hugely underweight on ETH. ETH ETFs need another $13.3B (!!) in inflows to own the same % of ETH supply as they already own of BTC supply. Massive ETH/BTC ratio gains are coming.

Virtual currency is treated as property and general tax principles applicable to property transactions apply to transactions using virtual currency. When investors sell virtual currency they must pay tax on any capital gain. There is no evidence of “Loopholes” to avoid this.
