The death stare the waiters gives you when you say only 4 ice cubes. Or no ice in my case

haha in the US I always say no ice, since the tap water has ice. so i put ice from there into the coke. or in cities with bad tap water I always go no ice, because the cubes are also tap water and then I get sick (looking at you Indianapolis)
