Los Fomos

We're changing it up on /lounge Day 7 😈

Here's the Startup Scenario:

"You were absolutely STOKED to launch a new feature that improved your core product, but it didn't get nearly as much traction as you expected it to get on launch day. 

You still believe in it, but are less sure now. 

What do you do next?"

With /los-fomos we try to avoid this problem by building frames to test ideas. If interaction lvl is low, we try to figure out whether:
- ppl didn't see it
- if they saw but didn't interact, why?
- if it's not what ppl need, ditch it

This is a 🌶️ question. Curious what others are doing in that scenario.
