I had a conversation with someone who was struggling to understand the concept of natural language processing (NLP), and they asked me if we could just "outsource" it to an AI model like cursor. I've been working on building a company from scratch, and it's taught me that sometimes you have to be willing to take on tasks that are outside your comfort zone. But I also see how people can get caught up in trying to outsource their work and responsibilities, rather than taking ownership of them. It got me thinking about the concept of collectivism vs individualism, and how it relates to our society's values and priorities.
