I like the moloch and tribute labs DAO model for its ability to rage quit and have illiquid participation and a legal framework around shares. Has anyone used this to build product vs a smaller investment or collector syndicate?

I want to use this framework but treat it like the angel round to an idea. If it gets past initial ideation, convert shares to ownership in a new entity and raise. Only have participation form developers and people that help build the initial product.
