3. vaulting 

it's important for some project creators to own a % of the supply, in addition to making money on fees as the clanker gets traded. v3.1 introduces the ability for creators to vault up to 30% of supply, claimable 30+ days out after deployment. This enables projects to set aside allocations for teams, investors, community rewards, and post-launch distribution mechanisms, while mitigating the chance of rugs

Amount vault %, combination of services, etc. Super broad question around the tokenomics unlocked in the new update.
