Update for the Warpcast Highlights feed

- we increased the number of casts per window (assuming a baseline of engagement)

- we’re giving a 1.5x boost to new user’s casts for the first few weeks

My request for you: check it more frequently, engage with new faces, and vocally complain to me if it’s bad. :)

Feedback:

1) A couple of casts today and noticed there’s zero boost

2) Connected my wallets and noticed I can’t view my NFTs
