Finally fixed my 99% sync issue. 

Follow this guide if you have the below issues:
- If your sync level is 99% or less.
- No peers or incoming gossip connections.

1) Allow port number 2282 & 2833.

Use the following Linux commands: 

sudo ufw allow 2822
sudo ufw allow 2833

Use: 

cd hubble 

To redirect to hubble. 

Now, restart the hubble by using: 

./hubble.sh down (will stop hubble)
./hubble.sh up (will start hubble)

It worked for me. Try it out if you're having the same issue.

Use the following Linux command to check if your ports are in LISTEN state. 

sudo netstat -tunpl

If your ports are open and in LISTEN state, follow the next command to restart the hubble.
