I can see why $DEGEN has an L3 chain, but do we need more L3?

To scale crypto, we’re going to need a lot to reach a lot more users and communities

L3s help scale to those communities, but more importantly, incentivize and reward them in ways not possible on an L1 or L2

Scaling crypto will come with simplification. Adding more layers , teaching people bridges etc. is making things complicated IMHO. I respect what you guys are doing, but I can't see the value. You can give incentives and reward them on L2. Maybe I am too narrow-minded. Thanks for the reply!

Of course. This is all very new, just within the last couple months were ultra low cost L3s possible with native gas tokens.

We’ll learn that lot of things won’t work. But some will and define the space going forward. Now is the time for experimentation!
