dao launcher platform called clan that allows anyone on the internet to create a movement to achieve some ephemeral thing with capital and voting rights. kinda like instant spin ups for things like  constitution dao but easier and less legal hassle (auto launched as a DUNA) 

being ephemeral is key, it doesn’t have to be that deep! just launch it for fun internet moments and not jargon.
