I hate Father's Day and the TL is a wash of triggers and reminders

Same here. I try not to come across any Father’s Day posts to forget all the trauma, even if I do know there’s no wishing. Every day is a Father’s Day for me technically.

Hopefully, someday you will forgive and forget, and there will be no more triggers.💜🫂
