Cool concept. The developers I met in Dubai all had in-house contracting and property management—helps them stay in control with how fast they build. I mostly met big players, so not sure about mid-size ones. They might be more open to contracting out.

Im a tech builder. I actually have a product in stealth mode I've been working on, its an app that connects real estate developers to contractors/sub-contractors globally. My goal is to one day have an entire construction project using my platform, from initial-investment to contractual payouts. Seems like something someone in Dubai is willing to experiment with.
