The underrated feature of Paris is its density It's small and packed with activities compared to larger cities like London or Berlin: it's the densest city in Europe! You can do everything on foot, takes 2h30 to cross the city (10km!)

This tracks. Went to Paris on a guy trip with little of an itinerary. We were quickly in the mix of things based mostly on strangers connecting with us. We were much more spread out in London and luckily had local friends to guide us around different neighborhoods.

Agreed! I think that’s the compound effect most people miss when thinking about density. You increase the rate of brownian motion, things *happen*, you stumble upon people and from place to place like a spazzed out pinball
