To maintain an efficient cycling posture, keep your head up, looking forward, with a neutral neck position. Relax your shoulders, avoid hunching, and keep a slight bend in your elbows to absorb shocks. Your grip on the handlebars should be light, and change hand positions periodically. Maintain a straight back with a slight curve, engaging your core for stability. Keep your hips level, and ensure the saddle height allows for a slight knee bend when the pedal is at its lowest point.
