The reason for the quarrel is never what it seems on the surface. The vehemence of the accusations and the unreasonableness of these accusations indicate that it is not because of hatred but love for each other. We hate ourselves for loving each other to this extent. Our accusations actually carry a complex context: I hate you because I love you. I hate myself for having no choice but to take the risk of loving you.
