The single greatest ROI decision Iโ€™ve made has been this past month where I decided to gratitude journal every morning. A small note book that I have to fill 1 page of everyday. Usually 10-20 items depending on what I write. To think all this happiness was waiting behind such a simple exercise. Your project succeeding wonโ€™t do it. Making millions wonโ€™t do it. The adoration of millions wonโ€™t do it. Gratitude is a muscle and you have to exercise it. But itโ€™s worth it. Itโ€™s so worth it.
