random thoughts: - how is it already time to “spring forward” the clock tonight - i spent six weeks in NYC and came back to LA only to feel visceral culture shock at how much athleisure is worn here - are kids still drinking a full glass of milk at dinner like i did growing up? if yes it better not be oat

I remember growing up thinking a glass of milk was the most vital part of breakfast and breakfast was the most vital meal of the day. Still processing that this isn’t scientific fact.
