I booked some concert tickets for the family on Labor Day Weekend via LiveNation. 

As expected, there was a modest service charge --> $223 or SEVENTEEN PERCENT of the ticket price!

I do like this new meta about receiving airdrops directly from FC based on your online cred.

And it makes sense that it starts with developers here right now, since FC is so builder centric (which is why I like hanging out).

In the future I’m expecting we’ll see other “social” drops based on prior holdings (say, of NFT collections or POAPs).

Imagine: go to a concert, collect a POAP —> band then does an airdrop which is redeemable for discounts on merch/shows/sneak previews.

Today there's a proliferation of "other chains", but I like to keep my transactions on "practical chains" --> Ethereum mainnet and Base mainly. 

What if Farcaster becomes my "hub" for permissioned connections to these "other chains"?

Example: Ticketmaster is creating collectibles from concert tickets on the Flow blockchain. I don't really want to figure out how to transact on Flow. 

BUT, if FC could create a Flow wallet connection, then bands could use the FC protocol to do this: 

"go to a concert, collect a POAP —> band then does an airdrop which is redeemable for discounts on merch/shows/sneak previews" on a practical chain like Base...
