I wrote out this recipe about 15 years ago. And since we’ve got a few cool rainy days coming, I’m starting my chili tonight. When I first started making chili I would use canned beans. But over the years I’ve learned to go from the raw beans instead (just soak ‘em overnight). Progress to follow…
