Everything is negotiable, including airbnbs. The lower the liquidity, the more negotiating leverage the buyer has: higher end airbnbs, longer stays, low season rentals Internet text-based negotiation is a subtle art. You can always message the host and ask. If you do it with tact, worst case you鈥檒l pay retail

Sometimes we avoid newly listed places (because no reviews), but other times you have excited hosts who give great service and a great deal!
